33137. A 55 story, 320 unit condominium in the Edgewater District. This MUSP for this
project was been approved.

 

Platinum Condominium, Construction Management – 480 N.E. 30th Street, Miami, Florida
33137. A 22 story, 119 unit condominium in the Edgewater District. This project required a
MUSP permit. Responsible for full coordination of Project from concept to substantial
completion of construction.

 

Unika Corporate Center and Residence, Developer & Builder – 4300 Biscayne Blvd Miami,
Florida 33137 – A 42,000 square foot office complex with an adjoining 15 story, 164 unit
residential tower. The project consists of a 330 parking garage with a pool deck and
amenities on the 7th floor. This project required a class II special permit.

 

Urbanea

1560 Douglas Road, Miami, Florida – 100 unit mixed use project with 8000 square foot of
retail on Douglas Road and an attached garage. This project required a major use special
permit.

Kovens Conference Center, Florida International University, North Miami, FL
Architectural CADD for three-story conference center with meeting and seminar rooms on the ground floor around a galleria space. The Center features advanced A/V capabilities including teleconferencing and distance learning. There is a 4,000-sf, second-floor Hall with adjoining full-service kitchen.

Architectural CADD, design through construction documents and construction administration for community college addition that included the Chapman Business Conference Center with advanced A/V facilities, plus 32 classrooms, A/V and teleconferencing capability, student services, teacher learning center and more than 200 faculty offices.
