The team of Mr. de Armas and Ms. Bonet with over 20 years of experience together are exceptionally well-versed and experienced in handling a project architecturally from groundbreaking through completion. They have designed and developed complex projects in the complete spectrum of Architecture.

Additionally they take responsibility for client contact, meetings, consultant coordination, permitting, specifications, contract documents, buyout negociation, construction administration, closeout and client turnover.

Mr. De Armas and Ms. Bonet are involved in a project from start to finish in a very responsible and professional manner. They are bilingual, respected among clients and peers, experienced in reviewing and/or revising drawings and are completely computer literate.

Both have received Bachelor of Architecture degrees from the University of Miami and an A.A. degree in Architecture from Miami Dade College
